Light Gauge Steel (LGS) is the structural backbone of modern modular. It's factory-cut to extremely tight tolerances, lighter and faster to erect than traditional steel, and fully non-combustible — a major advantage post-Building Safety Act.
Bloxsmart designs, supplies and erects LGS systems for our own volumetric schemes and as a stand-alone service for developers and main contractors.
